    Is downgrading possible ...?

Is downgrading from Ice Cream Sandwich to Gingerbread possible? Not that I want to do it, but I've read around that some people are not always satisfied with the latest versions and prefer to stick with the old ones for a little longer. So, in case the update takes place automatically, how could someone downgrade to the previous Android version?

I have no idea, but off the top of my head, you'd think it would be possible to uninstall the current version and reinstall the older version; kind of like downgrading from Windows Vista to Windows XP.

In my opinion you could't downgrade to the previous Android version.

From what I understood, you could downgrade if the phone was previously rooted, but otherwise users can't downgrading firmware on their own. If you decide to downgrade officially, then you will probably have to go to a service center.

I think it will be difficult to downgrade to a older version. Some kind cracking code technique & apps may help you in it.

I don't think so either. You could go to a a service center and ask, maybe they can reboot the whole thing and put the old OS on it but I doubt you can do this yourself.

If we take it logically, it's possible. It's like uninstalling your os from your pc and installing another one. Same here. You don't like Ice Cream Sandwich? Your call. Install Honeycomb.

If there is a way it would more than likely be something you need to call in for tech support or stop by a local store for hands on help. I have never had to roll back an upgrade but if its anything like a PC or even a server for that matter, it is possible.
